A sober coach focuses on guidance, accountability, and emotional support through structured sessions. Coaching helps clients build healthy routines, manage triggers, prevent relapse, and create long-term stability.
A sober companion provides hands-on, real-time support by being physically present with the client during daily activities, appointments, events, or transition periods. Companionship offers safety, consistency, and stability during vulnerable moments.
In simple terms:

While I do not function as an emergency or crisis response service, I do offer urgent support options when available, especially for existing clients who need immediate guidance, transport, or a safe presence.
If you or someone else is in danger or experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, please contact 911 or a crisis hotline immediately.
